Arabia [Roy and Coren]

A disk of brisk white light lands and in a garb of sheikah attire a young man lands.. "Now.. Onto to the oil mogul... This is going to be fun..." In front on the adult was a large building and beside it was a massive oil power plant... The heat irradiating from it was amazing. He checked his watch that had a thermometer on it and the temperature was 103 degrees but the clothing made it 95. "Thank god i stopped in Iran and picked these up.." Roy started progressing towards the building with much excitement

Drake was walking in the desert, looking for someone he hoped wouldn't be there. "You always liked the sandy places, did't you?" he quietly muttered to himself as he began searching for any trace of reiatsu in the nearby areas. And that's when he felt someone close by. "Roy." he was kinda angry at what Neoroko did to Drake, and wondered if Roy planned it. He began to Shunpo in the direction of the energy, but noticed his T-shirt and Khaki cargo shorts weren't much in the way of combat gear. He shrugged at himself as he re-focused on rushing at Roy.

As he could feel the rushing reiatsu. Roy froze.. In his head he though.. Damn not here.. not now.. He turned around to see a figure rushing at him, He kept his quincy cross within reach. His Ginto strung around his neck were in elemental order. He started power-walking towards the plant. Maybe the soul reaper wouldn't hurt innocents which would allow roy to make a hasty and speedy escape. "Let's do this"

Alright, it's Roy! I've been wantin' to talk with him for quite a bit... "I don't want to fight him, just ask him a few things. Violence is the last thing I want right now. If he can feel me coming, who knows what he'll send after me."

Roy grabs his cross and holds it in his left hand... He opens the door to the oil plant. He climbs the staircase. He arrives at a door that says DOOA, Directer of oil administration. Roy opens the door to see an arabic man with a cigar in his mouth "Are you the head boss here.. You have all the money and control the oil?" The man gets up and points at him "What is your name young man, do you have authorization to be in here?"

Drake saw a oil plant pretty close by and guessed what Roy was thinking. "If he thinks there's gonna be violence..." he muttered under his breath as he increased speed. As he got to the open door, he slowed down so that he wouldn't blast right through the wall and give Roy the wrong impression. He slowly walked in and looked around for him.

Roy snickered and pointed at the man and read a contract that he pulled from his pocket. It stated that roy would get 50% of the funding of the oil plant. "So do you agree to this contract or disagree sir?" The man walked over and laughed "You know, For my an American you do business good." The man shook Roy's hand "You have a deal" Roy then spoke up "Thank you sir. You wont regret this.." Roy starts to head down the stairs when he meets up with Drake "Why hello.."

"Just to make sure you don't try to kill me, I'm not here to kill you. Alright? And also, the contract there? Nice improvisation. I'm here to talk about Neoroko. Let's skip the banter, the mindless chatting, and just tell me where he is." Drake was impatient, he had no idea when his mark would relocate to another area, and it took him quite a bit of time to track him here.

Roy started to walk. Towards the door. "Leave me alone. Im innocent. I helped us escape Aizen..Remember?" Roy continued towards the door as security guards with tazers and automatic rifles ran up to roy to escort him back to Arabia's capital "Calm down bro, Enjoy your stay on earth. It may not be long.."

"You know Xenax? He's back. That blast through his chest, sending his guts everywhere? Didn't even leave a scar. I want to know where the Hell Neo is, I don't have time to calm down. If I don't find Xenax today, he's gone for the next few weeks. Now then, my time in this world is nearly limitless, as long as I don't decide to be retarded."

Roy turned around and stopped the guards "Last time i checked he left you in antarctica am i right? What could you possibly want with my successor? I mean if he sees you he will probably kill you. Or hurt you psycologically.. Either or" Roy then motioned the guards with tazers to circle Drake. "I have some questions for you though.. Just to get them out of the way."

"I don't want to fight, but I swear to God, you hit me with those tazers, I'll rip you limb from limb. Ask away."

"Well firstly Why do you need neo? Also why dont you join his cause and stop the soul reapers and vaizards from taking over earth for the purpose of using them as slaves? Humans shouldn't be slaves." Roy raised a hand and the tazers were turned off.

"Hold on, what the Hell are you talkin' 'bout? I know almost every Soul Society conspiracy, but that I haven't heard."

"Uhh yaa on the DL buddy the Spirit king wants the humans to be used as slaves to benefit the soul society and give them the upper hand to destroying Vaizards and hollows."

"And how do I know that ain't just a load of bull?" he said impatiently. He looked above Roy for a brief half-second to see Ranpu standing a floor above him.

"The soul reapers dont want to be tainted. They have a 'perfect' society, not a single hollow within miles of the place. Their justice system is corrupted and they know that but they will use it at all costs to get what they want. And what better way than to stop the humans from 'evolving' or adapting before its to late." Roy's face was adamant he was serious

"You know, that's makes an abnormal amount of sense. But in response to your earlier question, why I don't join Neo, it's because he left me to die in Antarctica. Sure, I met a Yeti, but he still left me to die. And second, why do I need Neo? I don't. But where you are, I can guess that Neo wouldn't be far. And that murderous blast Neo gave Xenax gave him a chance to get away. Basically, I don't want him screwing with my job, and I also kinda wanna scream profanities at him."

"He left you to teach you a lesson. The soul society knows nothing of the yeti's. The soul society can't see past their vision of having a perfect society with their own set of perfect laws. That rule out the imperfect people like you and alexx to die."

"I'm the one who ruled myself out of that society. While I can agree with you that their justice system is lacking, no, severely lacking, that ain't a good example. And what kind of lesson sends people out to die, besides those taught by insane psychopaths?"

"You speak as if it hasnt happened to you before. You exiled yourself from the Soul society. Where would you go? To earth were they would eventually find you? You know your being hunted. But the level of perception that you have has allowed you to elude the soul society from you even though you have been in multiple battles. A war is brewing my friend. And you need to pick a side. Theres a reason behind this war. And it isnt about religion.." Roy took a deep breath then let out a sigh

"If a war comes, then I will not stand beside allegiances to master, but my loyalties to those I know. The loyalties that I'm sure you can understand."

"Loyalties to that of those you know? Like the one woman alexx. I had her under surveillance. Shes working on the good side because she couldnt handle the pressure from a fraccion level Szayel. As terrible as she makes him out to be. He never did a thing to her. Szayel is the lowest level. Shes stronger than he is.. She lied.."

"And how do I know that you aren't simply attempting to crush my loyalties to make way for a loyalty to Neo?"

"Because Alexx has no proof that Szayel did a thing to her. His lab was blown to bits by some shinigami.." Roy gave Coren a look of trust. As he extended his hand "[b]Will you align yourself with us in this war?[/b"
