Dear Rikunara: specifically to you. You are a member of Vizard United, but I can't allow you to become Major just yet. Your powers need to be approved, and as soon as they are, I'll allow you to become Major.
Meanwhile to Everyone: During my absence, I have created Vizard HQ.
1. There will be expansions made to HQ if necessary or if anyone has any ideas (funny ideas if possible.)
2. The layout resembles something like a pyramid or a pyramid inside a fortress. A special bridge that can only be created through using reitsu similar to that of a hollow allows people to enter into this mysterious area. On the lowest floor is the quarters of Squad 7. Higher are the quarters of Squad 6. Higher than them are the Squad 5 quarters. Even higher are the Squad 4 quarters. Still higher are the Squad 3 quarters....anyways you get the picture. In the basement floor, their exists a special training ground for training newcomers, new Vizard, or just training. Lower than that is the altar, in front of which all Squads meet for discussions once a month or on special occasions/emergencies. On the same floor, through a very dark secret (you have to blow out all the candles of the altar) their exists the secret room where all majors meet. This room is the opposite of Aizen's throne room, just so everyone knows where this came from. In this room, Majors, Generals and the Fuhrer king meet every know and again. Their are two thrones: one for General 1 and one for the Fuhrer King.
